Afghan Children”s Tour of America
Sunday, March 11, 2012, 2:00 PM
Hosted by and at Noor Islamic Cultural Center (5100 Wilcox Road, Dublin, Ohio)
The Social Justice Task Force of the Interfaith Association of Central Ohio is organizing a group of Afghan youth in Columbus, with the support of the Noor Islamic Cultural Center.
Years of war in the Afghanistan society has impacted millions with economic dislocation, internal displacement, family disintegration, and community decay, can we learn from this experience.
Listen to the children!!
Their stories are for this generation to learn and live differently.
Can we embrace that change of culture and politics to move toward nonviolence and justice?
A benefit for the Afghan Child Education and Care Organization (AFCECO) Orphanages
IACO members are encouraged to support this important work of AFCECO by contributing $20.12 or any other amount that one is able. Make checks out to CharityHelp International, Inc.
