IACO will not sell or use your information in ways that you have not expressly authorized.
Posting Guidelines
- Don’t post or provide information to be posted that is not intended to be seen and broadcast internationally, by yourself or anyone else.
- When quoting or referring to external (to the IACO sites or accounts) sources of information, full disclosure must be provided and credit to authors, when applicable. When quoting original works, the content may not be altered unless permission is provided from the author. Copyright laws must be strictly obeyed.
- Each individual and organization participating with generating online content (articles, providing links and information, syndicated content and including comments anonymous or otherwise) must be respectful and stay inside one’s personal sphere of knowledge.
- Keep in mind the mission and objectives of IACO. The best medicine is to keep every communication thoughtful, careful and with the best interests of all in mind.
- Questionable material is to be examined by the Communications Committee and, if deemed inappropriate, action taken to be removed from the site in question. Subsequently, the author of the questionable material must be reviewed to see if further action is necessary (e.g., user banned).
- The name, logo or other representation of IACO cannot be used to endorse any political person or organization, product or cause.
- No accounts, sites or subgroups of other sites can be made using the IACO name or logo without previously having received permission from the IACO Executive Board.
- Mutual linking to external sites is encouraged, as this raises the sites and content involved in search engine listings.
